The hot trend for this year on food service is family style. Family style often gets the whole table working together and helping one another. I see people talking at the table discussing the food and and trying to figure out what this spice is or, “Is that purple califlower?” Family style service, for those of you who are wondering what this is, are large platters that come right to your table and you and the folks at the table help each other serve one holding the platter while the other is helping themselves……We have offered this style several different ways one way was to serve 3 sauces for dipping at the table and the guest chooses chicken breast skewers or filet skewers and you dip in the sauce of your liking. This was really fun for the guests as they were passing around the dips and talking about the flavors or just picking their favorites. Buttermilk fried chicken has been really popular along with another platter of wild salmon with citrus beurre blanc and Israeli cous cous. The menus of course are endless and we will make your favorite on your day to share with family and friends.
